Daily asana and pranayama and plenty of time for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful countryside.

Friday afternoon - Sunday lunchtime

Friday 14:30 - 16:30 Asana + 17:00 - 18:00 Pranayama

Saturday & Sunday 8:30 - 9:30 Pranayama + 10:00 - 12:30 Asana

All welcome with at least two years yoga experience.
