General booking conditions

Reservations cannot be made without completing the booking process. Bookings are not transferable between people. If Kirsten cancels a class refunds will be made in full.

Event cancellations

You may cancel your booking within 14 days of making it. Refunds will be given on the following basis:

• cancellation more than 6 months before the event - full refund minus £10 admin. fee

• cancellation more than 4 months before an event 50% refund

• cancellation less than 4 months before the event. Sorry no refunds.

Weekly Class Bookings

Class booking fees are non-refundable.

You may be able to transfer your booking to an alternative class within the same calendar moth, subject to availability.

One to one bookings

If you need to cancel please give at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled class.

In the event of cancellation with more than 48 hours notice there will be a 10% admin. charge of the booking fee.

No refunds will be given with less than 48 hours notice of your scheduled class.
