Join me in beautiful Dentdale for my annual retreat at the very special Meditation Centre.

Please note the booking fee includes all asana and pranayama sessions Friday afternoon to Sunday lunchtime and tea/coffee biscuits between the sessions.

You will need to book your own accommodation - see visit Dentdale for more info - there are many BNBs, camping, pub accommodation options. Meals are not provided but we join together for a bring and share supper on the Saturday evening.

The retreat is suitable for those with at least two years’ yoga experience. If you are not sure if it’s for you please get in touch!
