Saturday 7 Sunday 8:30 - 9:30 Pranayama 10:100 - 12:30 Asana

Our timetable leaves plenty of room for peace and quiet in the Meditation Centre, which we have access to all weekend, and for walking in this beautiful area.

You are warmly invited to a bring and share supper on the Saturday evening but it’s absolutely fine if you prefer not to!
