Yoga One-to-One Class
Traditionally yoga was taught one to one. Kirsten can teach you as a one-oﬀ or some people prefer to have all their classes one to one. Classes will be individually tailored to your needs and will focus on asanas and include relaxation at the end.
Kirsten’s one to one sessions are 75-90 minutes long.
